La France Cafe’s cooking classes are taught by Chef Ben Mchabcheb, a graduate of the famous French Culinary School in Rabat, Morocco.

Chef Ben has taught classes in William’s Sonoma’s Cook’s Cupboard, Lexington College, and hundreds of private lessons. He has worked for the best restaurants and hotels, including the Ritz Carlton, L’Escargot and Cafe Bernard.

In all his classes, you will come out confident that you can cook like a pro. His classes are fun and engaging.
